Linda Larson comes to SoCal ROC with a very diverse background. She worked In the fashion industry at the retail and wholesale level. She managed four departments within the Macy's retail stores in Lakewood, California. She was self-employed as a fashion accessory broker with a showroom at the California Mart in Los Angeles selling wholesale to retail stores across the United States. She then moved her skills to the interior design field working in Palos Verdes, beach cities, and the South Bay area as an interior designer.

Linda began her career in human resources working in the private sector as an office manager/supervisor within the restaurant and night club industry. She then worked as the Benefits & HR Administrator for a software company in Newport Beach, California. She traveled extensively to the mid-west as the company was acquiring smaller privately-owned software companies.

Linda came to the public sector when she was hired at SoCal ROC in September 2003 as an administrative assistant. She was move to the position of the Human Resource Specialist in February 2006. She was recently promoted and joined the management team in March 2017 as the Director of Human Resources.

Linda enjoys traveling, watching classic movies, bowling, shopping, and especially enjoys great ethnic foods. She loves to laugh and have a good time with family, friends, and co-workers. She loves her work and enjoys the management team with whom she works. She finds it rewarding to be an employee of SoCal ROC.
