Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator (Full Time)

General Duties: Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and carrying out all HR projects and processes.

Job Description:

  • Support Executive Director in enforcing company policies
  • Organize, update, and maintain employee files as needed
  • Ensure employee files are filed correctly and kept confidential
  • Assist with updating the Employee Handbook

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-4 years of Human Resources experience
  • 40-hour Domestic Violence Training required and provided
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills
