This dynamic and challenging course provides students with an introduction to the world of flight and aeronautics, and to related engineering concepts. The course is part of the Project Lead the Way program, and it emphasizes activity-based/project-based learning through the process of exploring scientific and aerospace engineering concepts and problems. Project Lead the Way (PTLW) aligns its curriculum with the standards of the following organizations: the National Council of the Teachers of Mathematics, the National Academy of Science, and the International Technology Education.
